Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs if you wish to return an item because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong product
  • The item does not fit
  • You no longer want the item

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective item.


How to Initiate a Return

Return shipping labels are not provided by Fashion Nueva, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
