Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the Model Cancellation Form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

General Returns

Outside of your statutory cancellation right, you may also request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
The item must not fall under a non-returnable category

No Restocking Fees

Fashion Nueva does not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping Costs

Fashion Nueva will cover return shipping costs if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before returning so we can provide instructions.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
