When will my order arrive?

Our estimated delivery timeline is:

Order processing: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Delivery transit: 6–9 business days, Monday to Friday
Total estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We currently offer free delivery on orders shipped within the United Kingdom, unless a different shipping option or fee is shown at checkout.

Where does Fashion Nueva operate from?

Fashionnueva.com is an online fashion store operated from the Netherlands.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. This helps us review your request and provide the correct next steps.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to help with a cancellation or change. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be able to return it in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

How do returns work?

You may request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be covered by Fashion Nueva after review and approval.

Approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility using a tracked postal service. Return labels are not provided unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

How long does a refund take?

After your return has been received and checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time before the amount appears in your account.

What if my product has a fault?

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your case and assist in line with our Refund & Return Policy. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
